- WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account, separately from your plan.
- A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice is emailed after every payment.
- Cancel any time from your panel; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without. 15% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice, as Saudi law requires.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages themselves?
Meta does the billing for WhatsApp conversations, directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Your Cliniwo plan covers the assistant, the panel and a monthly number of included conversations; anything above that is billed on your next invoice at the rate shown in your panel.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Subscription in your panel, in two clicks. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Is there a free trial?
No. You pay for the first month, and if Cliniwo is not for your clinic you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that first payment. Renewals are not refundable.
Which WhatsApp number can I use?
Any number that can receive one SMS or call for verification and is not registered on the WhatsApp app. You can move your clinic’s existing number or start with a new one; the guided setup takes you through Meta’s steps.
Is our clinic's data safe?
Each clinic's data is fenced inside the database itself, so no other clinic can reach your patients, messages or invoices. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, every change is written to an audit log nobody can edit, and your data is never used to train anything. You can export it from your panel at any time.
